SHIPPING We offer free standard shipping in the US. Most orders are sent within 3 business days. We ship first class via USPS. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. RETURNS We got your back! We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING! If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Any items you would like to return for full refund must be received by Silver Lining within 14 days from your ship date. You can swap it out for an exchange up to 30 days after delivery. All returned packages must include the merchandise in original condition and return form. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
RETURNABLE ITEMS All items eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way with original tags attached. If you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (size, style or color) or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following for refund:
- Hair accessories, Socks, Swimwear, Tights, & Underwear
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Washed, worn, damaged or altered items, including items returned with stains
SALES TAX All Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax
